• 1/3 yard of knit, lycra, nylon or swim/dance/performance wear fabric
• 26” of 5/8” Fold-Over-Elastic (FOE)
• 3/8” x 3½” hook and loop tape
• Matching thread

Supplies needed for Tutu:
• 108” x 8” Tulle
• 3 yards of 1/8” ribbon (optional)
• 12” long elastic ¼” wide
• Matching thread
